Join us in sunny Pasadena, California, just days after the world-famous Rose Parade. Pasadena is a beautiful, pedestrian-friendly city that is known for it's old-world charm, vibrant shopping, historic architecture, and—of course—its botanical celebrations!

The Rose Parade and surrounding events are happening right before the conference—including the Showcase of Floats on January 1 and 2. Check out our full guide for more event info if you plan to arrive early to attend the parade.

The Westin Pasadena is walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and retail shopping in Downtown Pasadena and offers a complementary shuttle to The Huntington Botanical Gardens.
Event Schedule
The final schedule will be available in the event packet you’ll receive via email after Christmas, but here are the bones of planned start and end times for each day.
Friday
Check-in will open at 10:00 a.m. at the Foundation Rose Court in Huntington Gardens. Mainstage doors will open at 12:30 and programming will run until about 6:00 p.m. An optional open house style activity will be held at the Westin Pasadena from 6:30-9:00.
Saturday
We’ll begin the day with educational stage presentations and will conclude with small groups in the evening. Programs will run from about 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. with two hour breaks for lunch and dinner.
Sunday
Today, small groups will resume during the morning from about 8:00 to 10:00am and then we’ll rejoin as a group for final educational sessions and closing programs. The event is expected to conclude around 5:15pm.
Food
To keep registration fees low, all meals are on your own. Two hour breaks are planned into the schedule. We’ll always have water available.
LODGING
Conference guests will be responsible for their own accommodations.

An affordable and recently remodeled inn located a short drive away from both the Westin and the Huntington Botanical Gardens.

Conference guests will be responsible for coordinating their own travel.
Depending on your personal preferences and choice of accommodations, a car rental or regular ride-sharing services may not be needed. Pasadena is pedestrian-friendly, has public transportation options, and can be accessed through a ride share from nearby airports or public transportation from the Los Angeles International Airport.
