Lewis Miller of Lewis Miller Design

Lewis Miller is known for his exquisite and dreamlike floral designs—and his famous Flower Flashes, where he repurposes event florals to create surprising, magical, and unexpected pop-up street installations across his beloved city of New York. He’s also the author of Styling Nature: A Masterful Approach to Floral Arrangement. Lewis has a vision to create an emotional response through flowers to brighten someone’s day, whether at an event or on an unassuming NYC street corner.

Photographer Ngoc Minh Ngo

Ngoc Minh Ngo is here to remind us of the beauty that’s found in a journey with flowers. As a self-taught photographer whose work explores the intrinsic beauty of plants and nature, Ngoc's organic, exquisite, and dream-like images have been featured in such publications as T Magazine, Architectural Digest, Cabana, and House & Garden UK. She is the author of Bringing Nature Home: Floral Arrangements Inspired by Nature and In Bloom: Creating and Living with Flowers.

Kelsea Olivia is a visual storyteller with a passion for genuine connection. Her business, East Olivia, is based in NYC but has worked with events across the country. Kelsea’s foundation of empowerment, self-connection, and collaborative growth defines the atmosphere of ease and beauty that is evident in all East Olivia creates.

Lauren Anderson and Rachel Bridgwood of Sweet Root Village

Lauren and Rachel are the dynamic duo behind the floral design company Sweet Root Village, providing event floral design and installation in Washington, D.C., Virginia, Maryland areas—and anywhere else that beauty takes their team. This is their third time sharing their hard-won wisdom, design and business intelligence, and kindhearted, good-humored encouragement at the Team Flower Conference, and we couldn’t be more honored!

Kristen Caissie of Moon Canyon Flowers

Destination wedding florist and author Kristen Caissie is the owner of California-based floral company Moon Canyon Design. Her devotion to and love of flowers is exemplified in her poetic compositions and in her book Gathering: Setting the Natural Table. Her designs tell a story through each arrangement in each season and with each bloom.

Paulina Nieliwocki of Blue Jasmine Floral

Paulina, owner of Blue Jasmine Floral, started her flower journey while she was a high school teacher. After falling in love with the medium, she opened Blue Jasmine in 2014. Hser mission is to provide and teach flowers that are wild, whimsical, artful, and refined. She loves to highlight the nuances of nature—dainty accents, color, texture, and each stems’ unique shape—which allows her designs to tell a unique story, communicate a specific tone, and elicit feeling.

Christin Geall of Cultivated

Christin Geall’s work focuses on the intersections of nature, culture, and horticulture. She’s a writer, gardener, floral designer, photographer, and author of the book Cultivated: The Elements of Floral Style. Through her company, Cultivated, she teaches and speaks internationally. Trained in horticulture at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, she completed a BA in environmental Studies and anthropology and a MFA in writing before becoming a gardening columnist for Gardenista, an adjunct professor of creative nonfiction, and a designer.

Ace Berry AIFD, PFCI of Fulshear Floral Design

Ace Berry began his floral career in 2007 after being laid off from the oil field. By 2019, he was named Texas Designer of the Year, and by 2020, he was featured on HBOMax’s Full Bloom series and was a finalist for the first season. He purchased a small, failing flower shop in Fulshear, Texas, in 2016, and—through his talent and grit—within 5 years, turned it around into the premier flower shop in the area. His goal? To inspire others to love and enjoy flowers as much as he does. Ace is a member of AIFD, has one the Texas Designer of the Year award, and was inducted into Professional Floral Communicators International through the Society of American Florists.

Lauren and Leah Palmer of The Wild Mother Creative Studio

The Wild Mother Creative Studio is a studio florist, owned and operated by Afro-Indigenous sisters, Lauren Palmer and Leah Palmer, in the heart of Arts District in Downtown OKC. Their love and honor of culture, storytelling, and their affinity for natural elements and color theory lend themselves to “Floral Stories” produced by the sisters. As multidisciplinary artists, humanitarians, and activists, Lauren and Leah are thoughtful leaders in the art community.

Amy Merrick

Amy Merrick is a writer and floral stylist who creates narratives from nature. Her delicate, discerning sensibility is a product of working with flowers in New York City, Japan, and England. She has written about gardens and design for The Wall Street Journal, The Financial Times, Kinfolk, and more—and her floral styling work has been featured in numerous publications. Amy’s first book, On Flowers: Lessons from an Accidental Florist, was published in 2019 and gathers her ideas for living with, loving, and celebrating flowers.

Madison Hartley of Hart

Madison Hartley is a floral designer, teacher, stylist, and artist. As creative director of HART, she travels across Oregon, California, Washington, Idaho and beyond with her team to create events full of imagination, humanity, and joy. Formally trained as a painter, Madison synthesizes her knowledge of color and texture with her passion for nature by creating floral designs for events that mimic the way in which flowers and foliage interrelate in the wild. Madison’s work can be seen in Vogue Weddings, Martha Stewart Weddings Magazine & Brides Magazine.

Beth O’Reilly, AIFD, TMF of Flower The Moment

With 25 years of experience, Beth O’Reilly of Flower The Moment has gained extensive knowledge in almost every aspect of the industry—from traveling abroad to handle product development and design trends for a permanent botanical manufacturer in China to working and owning a retail shop of her own for many years. Beth was featured on the first season of HBOMax’s floral competition series Full Bloom, is a Certified Texas Master Florist (TMF), and an accredited member of The American Institute of Floral Designers (AIFD).
